I think Exminster and Starcross provide an excellent service both from speed of appointments and doctors, nurses, and all other staff. I’ve never experienced any problem at all.

I feel I am very lucky to be able to have Westbank Practice as my surgery. The quality of care, friendliness of GPs, Nurses, Receptionist’s and all staff is gold standard. I recently I rang up extremely upset about requiring another sick note I spoke to a lovely lady and I didn’t catch her name who sorted it all out for me. She even rang me the next day to see if I was okay and had I received the sick note okay. She was so kind and the fact that she understood and acknowledged how upset I was and to go the extra mile to call me the next day to check in on me and make sure I had the sick note at a time when I felt so low with my mental health, she really made a huge impact and difference to how I was feeling. I cannot thank her enough.
