Every month we receive a huge amount of positive patient feedback. Our aim is to celebrate the things that go right and the systems that work well, so if you wish please submit feedback via our website.
We appreciate all feedback received from our lovely patients.

"All of the doctors and staff at Westbank do a splendid job."
"Excellent practice, appointments are provided in a timely manner and all staff are efficient and courteous. We are lucky to have such a fantastic facility on our doorstep."
Kindness Matters
We appreciate that it can sometimes feel frustrating, but we do everything we can to get people the care they need as quickly as possible. In return, we ask that people continue to be polite, patient, and respectful towards us - kindness makes such a difference to our day.
Organ Donation Week
18th to 24th September
You could be a life saver. It only takes two minutes to confirm your Organ Donation decision online.
Think Pharmacy 1st
When phoning the surgery to make an appointment with a GP, our Practice Administrators may signpost you to the Pharmacy. By working together, GP surgeries and local pharmacies can ensure that patients are receiving the most appropriate care by a suitable healthcare professional at the right time. By referring patients to pharmacies via this service, patients are able to get the clinical advice and support they need on the same day, and pharmacists have processes in place to signpost patients to higher acuity services if needed.
Flu Vaccinations
Patients are currently being invited for their annual flu vaccination. This year’s clinics will be held on:
- Saturday 23rd September (Exminster)
- Saturday 30th September (Starcross)
This is not a walk-in service. Please wait until you are invited to book in with us, we will contact you.
Please note that our car parks will not be open on the days of our flu clinics except for blue badge holders only.
You can use the NHS App to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet, as well as on a computer.
You can still contact us in the usual ways. But, once you have verified your identity in the app, you will have easy, 24/7 access to a growing range of health services and information. You can:
- Submit an online consultation to us, whether you have a clinical or admin query
- Order repeat prescriptions
- Access NHS 111 online
- Find NHS services (such as the nearest pharmacy)
- View your health record (including consultations, blood results and vaccinations)
- Book appointments
- And much more!
If you would like to be trained on how to use the NHS App then please contact us - our IT Lead Cam is happy to help.
